Rental policies

Everything you need to know to rent with Roady: requirements, coverage, deposit and terms. Full transparency, no hidden fees.

Requirements to rent

  • A valid driver's license.
  • An official ID (passport or government ID).
  • A credit or debit card as payment method and deposit.

Minimum rental and mileage

The minimum rental is 3 days. All our cars include unlimited mileage so you can explore the Riviera Maya freely.

Delivery and pickup

  • Free delivery and pickup at Cancun Airport (CUN).
  • Delivery to Cancun downtown, hotel zone, Playa del Carmen and Tulum.

Coverage and protection

Our cars include coverage. We also offer an optional protection to reduce your liability in case of an incident. We explain exactly what it covers before you confirm your booking.

Driving area

The car may travel freely within Quintana Roo and Yucatan. Written authorization from Roady is required to travel to other states.

Assistance and replacement

In case of mechanical failure not caused by the driver, we arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible. Our support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp.

Security deposit

A refundable deposit is required and released when you return the car in the same condition. The amount and terms are confirmed at the time of booking. (Pending: confirm exact amount with the client.)

Fuel

The car is delivered with a fuel level and must be returned at the same level. (Confirm exact policy with the client.)
