1. Do I need a credit card to rent a car?

You don't need a credit card, you can pay your car rental and security deposit in cash.

2. Can I rent a car if I am under 25 years old?

The minimum age to rent a car is 18 years old. Unlike other landlords, we do not charge you an additional fee for being under 25 years old.

3. Is there a cost for the additional driver?

There is no cost. You will only need to present your current license and identification at the time of drawing up your lease agreement.

You can add 2 to 3 drivers from the same family or group of people, totally free of charge.

4. Can I reserve a specific car model?

We cannot guarantee the model of the car, however, we can guarantee the rate booked. If we don't have the car category you reserved, we'll give you a better category at the same rate as your reservation.

5. Escrow, What is an escrow?

It is the amount that is blocked or held (not a charge or charge) on the credit card during the car rental and serves as support for any additional charges. At the end of the rental, it is released in case of not having additional charges such as overtime, extensions, gasoline or any breach of terms and conditions of the rental that may result in the decline of the coverage purchased, making the customer responsible for 100% of the value of the vehicle.


What is the time for my escrow to be returned after I turn in the car?

The average time is 24 to 36 business hours, depending on each bank. (In case of making the deposit by credit card).

6. Territory of management

The territory allowed for the management of the units will be exclusively within the states of Quintana Roo and Yucatan. You can visit Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Bacalar, Isla Mujeres, Holbox, Chichen Itza, among other places.

Vehicles are not allowed to cross the border into Guatemala and Belize.

7. Child seat

We offer them free of charge, just request it at the time of making your reservation indicating the age of the minor.

8. Gasoline Policy

Rates do not include petrol. The car must be returned with the same amount of gasoline with which it was initially granted, this to avoid refueling charges.

9. Booking Documentation

Valid official identification (INE or Passport), Valid Driver's License, Arrival and Return Flight Itineraries and Lodging Reference (in some cases).

10. What happens if I am late for the reservation to pick up the vehicle?

Our reservations have a tolerance of 3 hours from the date and time indicated for the collection of the car, after that time we cannot guarantee the reserved unit. If you think you will arrive later please contact our Reservations Center +52 998 103 5129.

11. What is the minimum number of days to rent?

To ensure the best experience and availability for our clients, our minimum rent is 3 days. This period allows you to fully enjoy the service without worries and ensures efficient logistics.

Important information:

It is not allowed to smoke, consume or have any tobacco, nicotine and vaping product lit inside the car. All of our cars are smoke-free for the comfort of the whole family.
